Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2015 in respect of notification of landing of certain plants intended for planting, which have been grown or are suspected to have been grown in another member State or in Switzerland, and to implement: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1175; Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1199; Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1849; Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/2417; Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/2434. The Community Decisions all contain plant protection measures regrading importation of specified plants from specified single countries.
