Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 180 of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) Regulations 2018 in relation with fees payable to the Secretary of State in relation to plant health services and the certification of seed potatoes and fruit plants and fruit plant propagating material. They substitute Schedule 2 to reflect the new fees payable as a consequence of the latest decision by the EU Standing Committee on Plant Health on the reduced plant health checks which are applicable to certain plants and plant products.
