The Plant Health etc. (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 623 of 2021).

The instrument makes amendments to legislation in the field of plant health. The amendments apply in relation to England only. Regulation 2 amends the Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) (England and Scotland) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/350) establishing an exemption from the payment of fees for a phytosanitary certificate for export (or re-export) for consignments containing wood or wood products. Regulation 3 amends the Plant Health etc. (Fees) (England) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/289) establishing an exemptions from the payment of fees for pre-export and export certification services for plants, plant products or other objects.
