Plant Health (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 (S.S.I. No. 124 of 2019).

These Regulations are made, in part, in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They make amendments to the Plant Health (Scotland) Order 2005 to transpose certain provisions in Council Directives on the control of potato diseases. They also make consequential amendment to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 2008.
