Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) (Amendment) Order 2005 (S.I. No. 3480 of 2005).

This Order amends the Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) Order 2004 with respect to: the definitions of "authorised officer" and “reforwarding phytosanitary"; and the payment of fees for pre-export services and specifying the amount of those fees. A new Article 3A is inserted which provides for the making of applications for pre-export services and the carrying out of such services by authorised officers.
