Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (Export Certification) (England) Order 2004 with respect to fees for services in respect of applications for certificates and fees for pre-export services. It also inserts a definition of “laboratory examination” and amends the one of “third country”. “Third country” has the same meaning in this Order as in the Plant Health (England) Order 2005.
