Plant Health (Export Certification) (Wales) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/1701 (W.163)).

The Order makes provision for the issue of phytosanitary certificates and reforwarding phytosanitary certificates for export of plants, plant products or other objects to third countries to satisfy the requirements of those countries' phytosanitary regulations. The also concern the provision of related pre-export services for the export of plants, plant products or other objects to third countries. The Regulations prescribe fees payable by applicants for phytosanitary certificates, phytosanitary certificates for re-export and payment of fees for pre-export services.
