Plant Health (Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2012 (W.S.I. No. 1493 (W.191) of 2012).

These Regulations specify fees payable to the Welsh Ministers in the field of plant health. The fees are payable in relation to specified inspections and other operations carried out pursuant to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The fees for documentary, identity and plant health checks in relation to certain imports of plants, plant products and other objects from third countries are specified in Schedules 1, 2 and 3. Schedule 4 concerns fees in relation with inspections of seed potatoes and Schedule 5 specifies plant health licence fees.
