This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 so as to implement Commission Directive 2009/118/EC amending Annexes II to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. It modifies the references to Council Directive 2000/29 and modifies Schedule to the principal Order.
