Plant Health (Forestry) (Amendment) Order 2014 (S.I. No. 2420 of 2014).

This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 in relation to England and Scotland to implement: Commission Implementing Directive 2014/78/EU amending Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; and Commission Implementing Directive 2014/83/EU amending Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
