Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 in relation to England to implement specified Community legislation establishing measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of specified diseases. the main amendments are in the Schedules to the principal Order. A new Schedule 11A is inserted. This Schedule prescribes the Form of Phytosanitary Certificate and Form of Phytosanitary Certificate for Re-export required by Article 15(1) of the principal Order. This Article lays down general requirements for phytosanitary certificate or phytosanitary certificate for re-export.
