Plant Health (Forestry) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 3450 of 2007).

This Order amends the Plant Health (Forestry) (Phytophthora ramorum) (Great Britain) Order 2004 by modifying the description of susceptible material to which the principal Order applies. This amendment gives effect to Community legislation on emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Phytophthora ramorum.
