Plant Health (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1995 (S.I. No. 2929 of 1995).

This Order amends the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993 so as to implement: (a) Commission Directive 95/40/EC amending Commission Directive 92/76/EEC recognizing protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community; and (b) Commission Directive 95/41/EC amending certain Annexes to Council Directive77/93/EEC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organismsharmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The Order amends the protected zones recognized in respect of various specified plant pests (arts. 3 to 6).
