Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (Scotland) Order 2005 to transpose and implement certain EU legislation relating to, among other things: emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of specified diseases, forestry matters and these were transposed into Scots law by the Plant Health (Forestry) (Amendment) (England and Scotland) Order 2014, the requirement for the relevant fruits to be accompanied by an official statement containing the prescribed declarations, plant passports, and relevant plants that are moved outside infected zones .
