Abstract
These Regulations amend the definition of the Directive provided in the Plant Protection Products Regulations 1995 in consequence of Commission Directive 95/35/EC and Commission Directive 95/36/EC, each of which amends Annexes II and III to the Directive, and of the annulment by the European Court of Justice of Council Directive 94/43/EC, which established Annex VI to the Directive, in its judgment of 18th June 1996 in Case C-303/94 (European Parliament - v.Council of the European Union).
