Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Lid Gaskets) (England) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 2786 of 2007).

These Regulations, for purposes of execution and enforcement in England of Commission Regulation (EC) No 372/2007: designate the bodies having the duty to enforce these Regulations and the Commission Regulation; prescribe offences; make provision for analysis of samples; and apply certain provisions of the Food Safety Act 1990 for the purposes of these Regulations.
