Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (Commencement No. 4 and Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2015 (S.S.I. No. 139 (C. 27) of 2015).

This Order amends the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (Commencement No. 3) (Scotland) Order 2015 in article 2(2) and in relation to the coming into force of section 6(2) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 so far as relating to repeals in sections 111 and 114, Schedule 20 and Schedule 22 of the Environment Act 1995.
