Pollution Prevention and Control (Designation of Directives) (England and Wales) Order 2007 (S.I. No. 2247 of 2007).

This Order designates certain Community Directives of the Council or the European Parliament and of the Council as relevant Directives for the purposes of paragraph 20(2)(c) of Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999. Schedule 1 specifies regulation-making powers of the competent authority for England and Wales in relation with particular purposes for which provision may be made under section 2 of the Act. The Directives principally concern waste and emissions.
