Abstract
This Order designates three Directives as relevant Directives for the purposes of paragraph 20 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999. The effect of this Order is that powers specified in the Act may be used to more effectively carry into effect the designated Directives in Scotland.
