Abstract
These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/323), which have already been amended by the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003. Regulation 4 of the 2003 Regulations amended regulation 6 of the 2000 Regulations but omitted a reference in the amended regulation 6(2)(a) to paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the 2000 Regulations. These Regulations correct that omission.
