Abstract
These Regulations amend the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000 by providing that, in all cases, the principal Regulations are extending to certain matters relating to energy efficiency, in relation to which functions were transferred to the Scottish Ministers under the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 2008.
