Private Water Supplies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (W.S.I. No. 147 (W.22) of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Private Water Supplies (Wales) Regulations 2010 in paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 4 in relation to the date by which the local authorities have to prepare initial records in accordance with regulation 13. Regulation 13 concerns notification of information by a local authority to the Chief Inspector of Drinking Water for Wales.
