Private Water Supplies (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (W.S.I. No. 411 (W. 129) of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Private Water Supplies (Wales) Regulations 2010 so as to implement Council Directive 2013/51/EURATOM on the protection of the health of the general public with regard to radioactive substances in water intended for human consumption in relation to private water supplies. They inserts a new regulation 10A generally on monitoring of radioactive substances and new regulation 10B on monitoring of radioactive substances in supplies to a single dwelling not used for a commercial or public activity.
