Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 813 (W. 93) of 2002).

These Regulations amend the recovery and recycling targets in Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations for 2002 onwards. These targets are used to calculate recovery and recycling obligations. Regulation 2(2) increases the target for recovery from 56 percent to 59 percent and regulation 2(3) increases the target for recycling from 18 percent to 19 percent.
