Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 732 of 2002).

These Regulations amend the recovery and recycling targets in Schedule 2 of the Principal Regulations for the year 2002 onwards. These targets are used to calculate recovery and recycling obligations. The target for recovery is increased from 56 percent to 59 percent (by regulation 2(2)) and for recycling from 18 percent to 19 percent (by regulation 2(3)).
