Abstract
These Regulations amend the Prohibited Procedures on Protected Animals (Exemptions) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 to allow the ear tagging of bovine animals for the purpose of genetic analysis, in addition to the purposes of identification and the screening or routine or random testing of those animals for disease.
