Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 102 of 2015).

These Regulations implement, for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC. They impose obligations on public bodies called contracting authorities in relation to how they award public contracts for the execution of works, the supply of products or the provision of services. They apply also water and sanitation related-services.
