Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 257 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 with respect to, among other things: addition of definitions of “consumer prices index” and “environmental quality assurance scheme”; tariff calculations; a sustainability audit report in case of use of only sustainable biogas or sustainable solid biomass; references to the Renewables Obligation Order 2015. The Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2014 are amended with respect to tariff calculations, calculation of any grant funding deduction, and other funding requirements.
