Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (Energy Intensive Industries) Order 2017 (S.I. No. 1289 of 2017).

This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Order 2015 in provisions concerning of classification of electricity supply in respect of which renewables obligation certificates are to be produced and revision by the Minister of the renewables obligation for an obligation period after the number of renewables obligation certificates to be produced for that period has been published. New Articles 13A and 13B concern determination and revision of the Minister of the number of renewables obligation certificates.
