Renewables Obligation (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 134 of 2010).

This Order amends the Renewables Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 in relation with, among other things: calculations of electricity produced by an electricity supplier; situations in which certificates are not to be issued by the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation; levels of support for qualifying generation by microgenerators and certain small scale renewable generation; exclusion of landfill gas and sewage gas from biomass sustainability reporting requirements; and extension the renewables obligation until a specified date.
