Abstract
These Regulations amend the Rural Development Programmes (Wales) Regulations 2006 so as to confer powers upon Welsh Ministers in relation to the Support for Young Entrants into Farming Scheme. The young entrants must fulfil criteria laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
