Abstract
These Regulations supplement the Community legislation listed in the Schedule to the Regulations regarding to the Rural Development Programmes established under Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 and Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013. These Regulations provide a domestic legal framework for the operation of the EU legislation in Wales. The Community legislation provides, among other things, for assistance to be granted from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development towards operations which promote rural development in Wales. These Regulations concern, among other things: financial assistance, procedures for payment, record keeping, enforcement and offences and penalties.
