Abstract
These Regulations amend Sea Fisheries (Inshore Waters) (Jersey) Regulations 1998 in regulation 3(ea) by inserting after the words “exceeds 50” the words “or such other number that the Minister may specify by Order”. That regulation concerns use of hooks and was inserted in the principal Regulations by the Sea Fisheries (Inshore Waters) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2016.
