Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices)(Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019 (S.R. No. 65 of 2019).

These Regulations amend the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 with regard to the definition of a nominee for receipt of licenses issued by the Department as a consequence of The Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019 and the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. Consequently, regulation 3 (Manner in which a licence is granted and a variation, suspension or revocation is effected) is amended.
