Sea Fishing (Penalty Notices) (England) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 758 of 2011).

This Order concerns a scheme for issuing and payment of penalty notices for certain sea fisheries offences. A notice may be issued by an authorized officer in respect of a "penalty offence" as defined by this Order. The Order also deals with the method and effect of paying a penalty. The scheme created by this Order applies to offences created under domestic legislation as well as those arising as a result of a breach of an enforceable community restriction or other obligation.
