Abstract
The Act provides for prohibiting the catching of seals at certain periods in the Behring Sea and other parts of the Pacific Ocean adjacent to the Behring Sea and regulates fishing for seals in those seas. The Act provides also for further regulation of seal fishing by Order in Council. (7 sections)

An Act to make provision with respect to the prohibition of catching Seals and Sea Otters in certain parts of the Pacific Ocean, and for the enforcement of such prohibitions, as are necessary to carry out a Convention between his Majesty the King and the United States of America, the Emperor of Japan, and the Emporor of All the Russias.
