Abstract
These Regulations amend the Seed Marketing Regulations 2011 in provisions respecting he requirements as regards the sealing of packages of seed and to insert a new regulation (28A) which allows the Secretary of State to make arrangements for any person to act under the Secretary of State’s responsibility in carrying out official measures. Minor amendments are made to Schedule 2 (certification requirements) and Schedule 3 (labelling and loose sales).
