Abstract
These Regulations amend the Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2016 and implement Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2016/317, amending Council Directive 2002/56/EC by amending the requirements for the official label on basic and certified seed potatoes in the 2016 Regulations.
