Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 1195 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 2001 so as to implement Community legislation modifying botanical names of plant varieties and to add the vegetable species Asparagus officinalis L. and Cichorium intybus L. to the list of species to which the provisions of the principal Regulations apply.
