Abstract
These Regulations amend the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) Regulations 2001 so as to provide that the simplified procedure for listing agricultural conservation varieties applies also in relation to vegetable conservation varieties and amateur vegetable varieties and thus implementing in part Commission Directive 2009/145/EC.
