Abstract
These Regulations regulate the sale and planting of strawberry plants, raspberry plants, and blackcurrant bush ( plants ). No person shall sell or cause to be sold any plants which do not form part of certified stock or approved stock , unless licensed by the Secretary of State under regulation 8 (reg. 3). Regulations 4 and 5 provide for the certification of stock in respect of purity and health. Regulations 7 prohibits the planting of any raspberry plant unless it forms part of certified or approved stock. Approved stock is stock approved by the Secretary of State other than certified stock. (14 regulations completed by 5 Schedules)
