Specified Animal Pathogens (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 (S.I. No. 1506 of 2006).

This Order amends the Specified Animal Pathogens Order 1998 by: (a) adding specified viruses to Part 1 of the Schedule; (b) updating certain terms in the Schedule with those now more commonly used by the scientific community and certain references to veterinary medicines legislation; and (c) clarifying in article 4 of the Order which controls apply to pathogens in each Part of the Schedule.
