Statutory Nuisances (Insects) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 36 of 2012)).

These Regulations prescribe land in respect of which payments are made under any of the land management schemes described in the Schedule to the Regulations for the purposes of paragraph (d) of section 63(11) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. In Part 7 of the Act (on statutory nuisances) "relevant industrial, trade or business premises” excludes, among other things, land used as arable, grazing, meadow or pasture land and other agricultural land.
