Abstract
These Regulations implement Article 15 ofDirective 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inspection of carbon dioxide storage complexes. They amend the Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Licensing etc.) Regulations 2010 for this purpose.
