Abstract
These Regulations amend the Surface Waters (Fishlife) (Classification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 in regulations 2 and 5 and the Schedules 1 and 2 to reflect the consolidation of Council Directive 78/659/EEC and its amendments in Directive 2006/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
