Abstract
These Regulations make provision in respect of appeals to the Scottish Ministers under sections 47, 75B, 75F, 130, 154, 169 and 180 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c.8) and appeals under sections 18 and 35 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997. The Regulations, among other things, sets out how the Regulations apply to these various appeals and applications and prescribe procedural requirements. The appeal also concerns EIA development, i.e. development as defined in the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011.
