Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the classes of appeal which are to be determined by persons appointed for the purpose by the Scottish Ministers instead of being determined by the Scottish Ministers and provide for publication by planning authorities of any direction made by the Scottish Ministers specifying classes which continue to be determined by the Scottish Ministers. Prescribes classes include an appeal for the purposes of the Schedule to the Hazardous Substances Act and an appeal regarding the felling of trees.
