Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made. The Scottish Ministers may give directions that development which is both of a description set out in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 2 to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 and of a class described in the direction is an environmental impact assessment development for the purposes of those Regulations. Some provisions concern a national park and some an application for marine fishing.
