Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (S.I. No. 595 of 2015).

This Order provides in England for procedures connected with planning applications, consultations in relation to planning applications, the determination of planning applications, appeals, local development orders, certificates of lawful use or development, the maintenance of registers of planning applications and related matters. It consolidates with amendments the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 and subsequent amending instruments, in so far as they apply to England. Various provisions of this Order concern application that must include an environmental impact assessment and specify powers of authorities in relation with such applications or development to which they relate.
