Abstract
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations, 2016 in savings provisions and in Schedule 2 to add the installation of certain overhead electric lines. The effect of this amendment is that an environmental impact assessment may need to be undertaken in respect of such development before planning permission is granted.
